"I am an ex-dancer, and as a dancer I was used to telling my body to do something and it listening. I sat on my butt the majority of my 4 years in college and it turns out 4 years is definitely long enough to lose a lot of that control over my body that I took for granted. Fast forward to now, I am a MovNat/Parkour/Krav Maga enthusiast who owes a good chunk of thanks to Brian for helping me regain strength to do what I love."

Competing For Your Fitness
In the fitness community, we often talk about the power of competition in helping people to reach their goals with more certainty than it likely deserves. But, whether you truly train to compete or workout to look and feel better really deserves some thought. And I'm not just referring to your decision to try out a crossfit gym or not.
Fruit & Kale Protein Shake
Sometimes you need to eat on the go and raw veggies can lose a bit of their lustrous appeal. Combine some in a blender to make a delicious, on the go, liquid protein salad. This is a recipe I've been coming back to a lot recently because I just happen to have these things in the freezer, but it works really well.
