I’m not your typical strongman. I compete in a category often referred to as the “little fellas.” My fellow competitors and I have to weigh in at a weight of 175# or less. We’re not exactly the gargantuans you see on ESPN. But if you are fortunate enough to witness one of our competitions you see some amazing ant-like feats of strength. If you have ever thought you were too small, too “normal” sized, or too average to compete in strongman or train like one, this story is for you.
"I am an ex-dancer, and as a dancer I was used to telling my body to do something and it listening. I sat on my butt the majority of my 4 years in college and it turns out 4 years is definitely long enough to lose a lot of that control over my body that I took for granted. Fast forward to now, I am a MovNat/Parkour/Krav Maga enthusiast who owes a good chunk of thanks to Brian for helping me regain strength to do what I love."
“Thanks to personal training with Brian, I lost 70lbs, three shirt sizes, went from a 44 waist to a 34 waist and gained enough fitness knowledge to give me the confidence to continue to workout hard and strive for renewed fitness goals. I trust and believe in Brian so much that I even referred my roommate to train with him.”
“If you’re a competitive athlete, you owe it to yourself to give Brian a call. He’s a great friend, and an amazing trainer. Win or lose, I’m glad I have Brian in my corner."
