This will be a fun workout with little to no equipment. We will be focussing on drills that we often use in our warm ups or pair with other "big" exercises. But instead of stopping after 5 minutes or so we will be extending the warm up to be the entire workout. You can expect a lot of repetitions of drills and exercises that help us to improve our
- posture
- core strength
- stability
- balance
- coordination
- athleticism
- and conditioning
Join us in the Aztec Recreation Center this Saturday morning for about an hour. You'll get sweaty, you'll laugh, and you'll leave the ARC feeling better than you arrived.
