Mobility Posture and Flexibility for the Seated

The more time we spend seated everyday at work, commuting and in our personal lives the more we start to feel the effects of being stuck in a chair. If you spend your day at a desk, commuting or seated for something else, this workshop is for you.

We'll be covering various stretches, exercises, and foam rolling movements that you can implement into your daily routine at home or at work to help to alleviate the many stresses of our modern seated environments all with little to no equipment.

You can join us in room AMC-A just outside of the Aztec Recreation Center, right next to the Shake Smart stand. We'll be starting at 5:30pm Thursday, October 22nd and the total workshop will last up to an hour. You are welcome to attend for as long as you'd like, but please take a moment to RSVP and let me know you plan to attend with the form below.
