14 Fitness Friendly Taco Ideas for Your Meal Prep

But one way to ensure that your taco consumption meshes well with your nutrition goals AND your grocery budget is to make them at home!

When it comes to your tacos, try to think outside the shell. All of these recipes are fantastic with a variety of shell options- corn tortillas, flour tortillas, iceberg lettuce, or even deconstructed in a bowl with rice (or cauliflower rice!)
