Saturday we'll be meeting for an extra workout in the ARC. This is an opportunity for clients and friends that may not normally get to workout together through the week, to have some fun and push each other. Join us for some fresh faces and fresh smiles. We can deadlift. We can sprint. We can work on chins or do lots of core circuits. Either way we'll get sweaty and have some fun.
If you're not a member of the ARC, we can get you a free day pass if you haven't visited us in the last year. Hope to see you there!
