I sat on my butt the majority of my 4 years in college and it turns out 4 years is definitely long enough to lose a lot of that control over my body that I took for granted. Fast forward to now, I am a MovNat/Parkour/Krav Maga enthusiast who owes a good chunk of thanks to Brian for helping me regain strength to do what I love."

He is fun and easy to work with. He works within my physical/health parameters ensuring that what I get out of the sessions is exactly what I was looking for.
“Thanks to personal training with Brian, I lost 70lbs, three shirt sizes, went from a 44 waist to a 34 waist and gained enough fitness knowledge to give me the confidence to continue to workout hard and strive for renewed fitness goals. I trust and believe in Brian so much that I even referred my roommate to train with him.”
