Recently, the New York Times wellness blog psted an article about people seeking out more dangerous and extreme exercise alternatives. I have some thoughts about it.

Brian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has over 8 years of coaching experience. In 2010 Brian won the North American Strongman 175# National Championship, and continues to train for strongman and coach a variety of athletes in the San Diego area.
