Strong Made Simple Personal Training

When you join the Strong Made Simple community for your 30 day intro you will receive:

  • An initial consultation to discuss your goals and fitness as well as a Functional Movement Screen to determine your specific needs.

  • Twice weekly semi private training sessions (2-4 people) to coach you through the most effective workouts and exercises for your personal training goals.

  • An individualized 30 day training program so you can be confident in knowing what you need to do each day in the gym.

  • Access to the Strong Made Simple community for support and fun activities to keep you motivated and moving with other San Diegans outside the gym.
