Strong Made Simple Personal Training
When you join the Strong Made Simple community for your 30 day intro you will receive:
An initial consultation to discuss your goals and fitness as well as a Functional Movement Screen to determine your specific needs.
Twice weekly semi private training sessions (2-4 people) to coach you through the most effective workouts and exercises for your personal training goals.
An individualized 30 day training program so you can be confident in knowing what you need to do each day in the gym.
Access to the Strong Made Simple community for support and fun activities to keep you motivated and moving with other San Diegans outside the gym.
