Another Saturday workout at the beach! We're starting a little earlier to avoid any nasty traffic coming into the beach area. Plan to park on the street near Nantasket Ct. or in one of the parking lots at El Carmel or Santa Clara. Those two lots are often the easiest place to park and then walk. Be sure to bring water and wear sun block if you need it. Shoes are optional.
Expect circuits followed by ultimate frisbee again.

If you are a first time participant and begin training in May you'll receive $100 off your first month, no referral necessary.
