Candy joined the Strong Made Simple personal training community and has gone beyond overcoming her own barriers. She crushes her own fitness goals and in the process supports her training partners and others to be their absolute best by sharing her own experiences.
"When people look at me they can see a visual change. I am stronger, leaner, and more powerful. However, what they can’t see it is the changes on the inside...I've become a much different person. I am happier, confident, and willing to try new things."

I'm still beaming with pride at the performances from everyone while we were there. Adam and I were competing in the <200 division and Ryan competed alongside the heavyweights. Each of the weight classes had a great showing of competitors both new and seasoned. I was especially excited to compete alongside Adam in his debut competition.
"I am an ex-dancer, and as a dancer I was used to telling my body to do something and it listening. I sat on my butt the majority of my 4 years in college and it turns out 4 years is definitely long enough to lose a lot of that control over my body that I took for granted. Fast forward to now, I am a MovNat/Parkour/Krav Maga enthusiast who owes a good chunk of thanks to Brian for helping me regain strength to do what I love."
