Aztec Sweat On cAmpus Workouts!
Starting September 1st you can join a free on campus workout every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30am on the ENS Field right next to Campanile Walkway. These workouts are meant to get everyone moving a bit more and having fun.
Aztec Sweat is currently on hold. In the meantime sign up to receive email updates about when we will resume this event in the Spring semester. Thanks!
Only 20 minutes
They're just 20 minutes! That's long enough for everyone to get sweaty and short enough for everyone to jump in and get a quick move on before, after, or in between classes.
Most workouts will be lead by Strong Made Simple personal trainer, Brian Tabor, but expect some change ups from time to time. In addition to great quick workouts, some days we'll just get in a quick game (dodgeball anyone?) on the field so we can all get to know each laugh and have a bit of fun.
EVERYONE IS INVITED!
EVERYONE is welcome to join and all you need to bring is a great attitude :-) No negativity will be tolerated. Come out to make some friends, have some fun, and get sweaty with us!
